Mumbai based startup Liger Mobility will be unveiling the world’s first self balancing electric scooter at AutoExpo 2023. This follows the company’s teaser of the technology in 2019 and which was a prototype for pre production.

 The model that will be displayed at AutoExpo 2023 is ready for production and is expected to be a game-changer in the electric scooter industry. This innovative technology will allow for self balancing and self parking capabilities so making it easier and more convenient for users.

 Liger Mobility has not released any further details on the electric scooter but it is sure to be a highly anticipated reveal at the upcoming AutoExpo event.

Design and Features

The Liger self balancing electric scooter has a combination of vintage inspired design and modern features. It has a horizontal LED daytime running light on the top, a delta-shaped LED headlamp on the front apron, and round-shaped LED turn indicators in the front cowl.

The scooter also has a comfortable seat, a grab rail at the back, an LED taillight and telescopic suspension in the front. It will be available in these colour options including Matte Red, and has beefy rubber-wrapped alloy wheels.

According to the manufacturer, the technology used in this electric scooter was developed in house in India and aims to improve rider safety, comfort and convenience.

The scooter also has advanced voice command functionality allowing users to call the scooter out of a parking lot using their voice. The company has not yet released much information about this scooter.
