Gurugram-based Okinawa Auto Tech has launched the Okhi 90 electric scooter. The company on Thursday launched it for the Indian market at a starting price of ₹ 1.22 lakh (ex-showroom, after FAME II subsidy).
The Okhi 90 boasts of many styling highlights and new generation features. Okinawa already offers electric scooters like the iPraise+ and Praise Pro.
At the same time, the company has introduced Okhi 90 against Ola S1 Pro, Ather 450X, TVS iQube, (Ola S1 Pro, Ather 450X, TVS iQube).
Range of 160 Kilometers
Okinawa Okhi 90 electric scooter has a range of up to 160 km and can be fully charged in about 4 hours. Two ride modes and multiple connectivity have been given in Okhi 90.

Okinawa Autotech is rapidly growing business in India. This electric scooter is putting its full force in the space.
The Okhi scooter has been designed with an aim to capture a large market share in this segment.
The company’s target is to provide vehicles to the customers in the age group of 18 to 45 years as per their convenience.

The Okhi 90 has been given a strong design as compared to other vehicles from Okinawa.
For better illumination, there is an LED head lamp equipped with a light sensor. Compared to other Okinawa products, it has been given a longer length of light.
It also gets a fully digital instrument cluster and a thick grab rail for the rear seat passenger.
Okinawa Okhi 90 will compete directly with other EVs in the market including Ola S1, Simple.
This scooter will also give tough competition to Bajaj Chetak, TVS iQube Ather Energy, Hero’s scooter.
