Ola Electric plans to make Holi 2023 even more special by launching its limited edition S1 e-scooter. The scooter will have a unique mix of colors like orange, green, blue, yellow, pink, red and will be limited to only five units. Ola Electric CEO Bhavish Aggarwal announced this special offering on social media. ompany is also conducting a competition where owners who share the best picture or video of their Holi celebrations will be eligible to win one of these limited edition models. It is not yet clear whether the lucky winners will have to pay for the limited edition model or not.

This special edition e-scooter will be a coveted possession for many as only five units are available. The bright and vibrant colors on the bodywork of the scooter will surely make it stand out from the rest. Ola Electric’s competition will give people an opportunity to be one of the five lucky owners of this limited edition scooter.

Bhavish Aggarwal, CEO of Ola Electric, announced an exciting competition to celebrate Holi. He revealed that the brand is giving away 5 limited edition Ola S1 scooters as a part of the competition. To participate, you have to share a video or picture of your Holi celebrations with your existing Ola S1 electric scooter as a reply to Aggarwal’s tweet. This means that the competition is restricted to only Ola S1 owners. And they will select the top 5 videos and provide the winners with the special Ola S1 Holi edition.

The only difference between the regular Ola S1 range of e-scooters and this special edition is its unique paint scheme. We have not confirmed the cost for the prize, but we presume that the scooters will be given away free of charge.

Ola S1 Specifications

Ola Electric has added the S1 to the electric scooter family. The scooter comes with two battery options; a 2kWh and a 3kWh. Both options use the same 5.5kWh motor, but Ola limits the top speed to 90kmph for the lower version and 95kmph for the second variant. Ola claims that the smaller battery pack can offer a 91km range, whereas the 3kWh unit can cover 141km (ARAI). The S1 features LED illumination, a seven-inch TFT screen, smartphone connectivity, navigation, music playback, three ride modes (eco, normal, and sport), reverse mode, remote boot lock/unlock, and OTA updates. A single front shock and rear monoshock handle suspension duties.

Ola offers the S1 in three trims – S1 Air, S1, and S1 Pro – with prices starting from Rs 84,999 (ex-showroom). The range-topping S1 Pro costs Rs 1.30 lakh (ex-showroom). Ather 450, TVS iQube, Bajaj Chetak electric, and Hero MotoCorp’s Vida V1 are some of the competitors of the S1 in the country.
