According to some sources, the cost of replacing the Tata Nexon EV battery pack is around Rs. 5 lakh for the Prime variant and Rs. 6.5 lakh for the Max variant. This is about 40% of the cost of the car.
However, Tata Motors has not officially confirmed these figures, and they may vary depending on the market conditions and availability of spare parts. Tata Motors has also stated that they are working on reducing the cost of batteries by increasing localisation and recycling.
